Small update (but no real news!)

Hey folks! It's been a small while! Hope you're having a lovely week! 💖 I wanted to give you a teensy update since some of you requested it - no real news as of yet as the projected timeline is longer than expected per the manufacturers and per some of the back and forth going on behind the scenes right now!! Nevertheless, we are slowly but surely moving forward.

To go into more detail, I've ended up having to do some minor revisions to some of the designs to make them a little more ready for production. It's causing a slight delay but rest assured that I want to put out the best product possible without compromising the detail on the pins! These snags will be resolved by the end of the week so hopefully they will no longer be a blocker. But I do want to be transparent that the process is taking longer than expected and due to raised shipping costs and duration during the pandemic and the hike from this year I'm still hoping to ship everything in the least amount of packages possible. They're working what they can first so that when the other pins are ready there's no issue though!

The manufacturers at this time are producing around 50 designs for this campaign so I hope you can be patient with both me and them during this time!! As always, I appreciate your support and patience and would love to answer any questions you have below!! 💖

Hi all,

There was a delay in locking orders last week because we still had a sizeable amount of surveys not filled out, but I went ahead with the manufacturing count anyways as to not push it further. If you haven’t filled out your survey, please do so!

In the meantime, things are moving - I am getting samples for the more complex pins which take an extra 20 or so days. This means some pins (like the diamonds) will not arrive until August while some will arrive in late July. I will post an update when orders begin shipping! In terms of charging cards, it’s recommended not to do so before 30 days before shipment date, so card charging will occur at the end of the month.

I hope that clarifies the timeline for you! Please let me know if you have any questions!!

Hi all, quick reminder that I really need you to turn in surveys as I can’t get accurate counts without them!! The new lock date is Friday June 5th!! Please try to complete them by then as I will be locking orders and charging cards at that point for real!

Hey everyone! Surveys are now officially on their way to your inboxes! As per standard Backerkit procedure, 5% of y'all will receive the surveys first in order to check for errors before the full send, so check your emails!

I wanted to address and answer some preliminary questions you might have about the surveys below:

Step 1: Answering Survey Questions

The first step it will take you to will ask you to choose which pins you want as part of your tier! It's one question at a time, and you can choose as many dupllicates as you'd like. Relatively straightforward! If you are confused as to which pins are named what, please refer to this update (image of all designs is at the bottom!!) or the campaign project page! All pins are listed in the campaign project section by their name.

Step 2: The Add-on Store

You're able to add any pin from the campaign to your pledge through the add-on page! In addition to that, you are able to shop the listed items from my store! The world is your proverbial virtual oyster!

 If you overpledged, please select the pins you added to your pledge beyond your tier in the add-on store! That's how I know what your selection is for the extra pins. 

For example, people who chose the $11 tier but pledged for $24 for another $13 pin, your survey question in step one determines your $11 pin, and the $13 will show as credit in the add on store! Choose what you want in the store and it will not cost additional money.

Also available as an unlock goal is the 3D Lapis keychain! It's 3D on both sides and hard enamel! She unlocks at 40 orders:

Step 3: Address and Confirmation

The last step is to review your order and confirm everything, including your shipping address! I am not charging extra shipping for add-ons, but add-ons will need to be purchased with card or similar payment methods as they are not part of the original pledge.
